Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how AURORA SOLUTIONS - FZCO (“Aurora Solutions”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects personal data of visitors to aursol.com, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPL”).

AURORA SOLUTIONS - FZCO is registered at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai Digital Park, 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about your personal data, write to hello@aursol.com.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only the data needed to answer you and to run this website:

• Information you give us. When you send the contact form we receive your name, job title, e-mail address and the message you write, together with the address of the page the form was sent from. If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address and the content of your message.
• Technical information. When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated software.

The website has no user accounts and takes no payments. Please do not send identity documents, financial details or other sensitive personal data through the website.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• reply to your enquiry and correspond with you;
• prepare a proposal for our services where you ask for one;
• keep the website secure and prevent spam and misuse;
• comply with the laws that apply to us.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked to receive them.

4. Legal basis

We process the personal data you send us with your consent and in order to act on your request, as permitted by the PDPL. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@aursol.com; this does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

5. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, and only to the extent they need it for that purpose. These currently are:

• Cloudflare – website hosting, delivery and protection, including the Turnstile check on the contact form;
• Supabase – storage of contact form submissions;
• Google – web fonts and the e-mail service we use to correspond with you.

We may also disclose personal data where UAE law, a court or a competent authority requires it. We do not pass personal data to anyone else.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers store or process data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this happens we rely on the data protection commitments in our agreements with them and transfer only the data needed for the purposes described in this policy.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiries received through the website for up to 12 months from the date of the enquiry. If an enquiry leads to an engagement, the data is kept under the terms of that engagement and for as long as UAE law requires. After that we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPL you may:

• obtain information about, and a copy of, the personal data we hold about you;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• ask us to erase your data;
• ask us to restrict or stop processing your data;
• receive your data in a structured, commonly used format;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• complain to the UAE Data Office if you believe your rights have been infringed.

To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@aursol.com. We will reply within 30 days and may ask for information needed to confirm that the request comes from you.

9. Security

The website is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority where the law requires it.

10. Cookies

The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare, including its Turnstile check on the contact form, may place cookies or use similar technologies that are strictly necessary for security and spam prevention. Turnstile is covered by Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its effective date shown at the top.
